How It Works

Six steps from "I have a problem" to "the work is done." No phone trees, no shared leads, no surprise fees.

You contact me

Through the form on Get Help, by text, or by phone. Whichever is easier. For active emergencies — water flowing, structural risk — call. For everything else, the form is faster than a call because you can describe what's going on at your own pace.

I figure out which contractor fits

Roof damage goes to my roofer. Water damage goes to my restoration crew. If it's something neither of them does — say, foundation work or HVAC — I'll tell you that honestly and point you toward where to look. I'd rather lose the referral than send you to the wrong trade.

I personally introduce you

I text or call the contractor with your situation. He calls you directly — usually within an hour, faster for emergencies. You are never put into a phone queue, never on a shared-lead list with three other companies all calling at once.

Free written estimate

He comes out, assesses, gives you a free written estimate with itemized scope. No obligation. No pressure to sign onsite. Take the estimate, sit with it, get a second opinion if you want.

If you hire, you hire directly

Your contract is with the contractor, not with me. I am not in the middle of the work, the schedule, or the warranty. I introduced you and that's the extent of my role in the job itself.

The contractor pays me, not you

When the job closes, the contractor pays me a small referral fee out of his revenue. You pay nothing extra. The fee comes out of his margin — not added to your price. This is how the arrangement is industry-standard and why I can be transparent about it. Full disclosure.
