Privacy

Short version: I take your information seriously. I don't sell it, don't share it broadly, and don't put you on any marketing list.

What I collect

• Form submissions on the Get Help page — name, phone, email (optional), city, urgency level, problem description. Submitted to my email and a text alert to my phone.
• Basic analytics — page views, browser/device type, referring source. Anonymized via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization on. Used to understand which pages are working.
• Call tracking — when you call the number on this site, I use a tracked number that records the source of the call (which page sent you). I do not record the call audio.

What I do with it

• Use it to connect you with the right contractor for your problem.
• Pass only the information needed (your name, phone, city, and a summary of the problem) to one contractor — the right one for the trade.
• Keep a basic record so I can follow up to see how the experience went.

What I do NOT do

• Sell your information to lead-aggregator sites.
• Share your information with anyone other than the one contractor you're referred to.
• Add you to any newsletter, marketing list, or email blast without your explicit consent.
• Use your information for retargeting ads.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 cookies for traffic measurement and Google Tag Manager for tag deployment. Both are configured with Consent Mode v2 defaults. If you decline consent, no advertising cookies are set; only essential analytics with IP anonymization.

Your rights

You can ask me to delete your information at any time. Call, text, or email and I'll delete it within a few days and confirm when it's done.
