Terms of Use
What this site is
DFW Home Rescue is a personal referral service operated by Robert, a Mansfield, TX resident and owner of Two Swords Digital Solutions. The site introduces homeowners to two independent contractors — a roofing contractor and a water damage restoration contractor — that Robert has personally hired and recommends.
What this site is not
- This site is not a contracting business. Robert does not perform roofing, water damage restoration, or any other home repair work.
- This site is not a public adjuster service. Neither Robert nor the contractors he refers will negotiate insurance claims on your behalf. (That requires a Texas public adjuster license.)
- This site is not a guarantee of work performed by the contractors. Robert refers contractors based on his personal experience but is not party to the contract you sign with them. The work, the warranty, and the relationship are between you and the contractor.
Limitation of liability
Robert provides referrals as a personal recommendation, not a professional certification. He is not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by the contractors he refers. You are responsible for your own due diligence — verifying licenses, insurance, references, and signing a contract you understand.
That said: Robert maintains his own standards (see the About page) and will drop a contractor from this site if he receives verifiable complaints.
Information on this site
Articles in the Resources section are educational, not professional advice. They are not a substitute for talking to a licensed contractor, insurance agent, or attorney about your specific situation.
External links
This site links to authoritative external sources (IICRC, Texas Department of Insurance, FEMA, manufacturer sites). Those organizations are not affiliated with DFW Home Rescue and their content is their own.
Changes
Robert may update these terms periodically. The "last updated" date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute arising from use of this site is subject to the jurisdiction of Tarrant County, Texas courts.
